1. Service description

Arlex Peralta Digital offers digital data processing tools through arlexperalta.com. Free tools process data in the user's browser. Pro tools process data on our servers.

2. Acceptable use

The tools are designed for legitimate data cleaning and processing. Do not use them to process illegally obtained data, violate third-party rights, or for any unlawful activity.

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee perfect cleaning or 100% accurate results. It is your responsibility to back up your data before using any tool.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for data loss or any direct or indirect damages resulting from using the tools. Always keep a copy of your original files.

5. Accounts and payments

• The free tier includes 3 cleanings per month.
• The Pro tier is billed monthly through PayPal.
• You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Service abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, including but not limited to: usage limit evasion, automated attacks, or usage that impacts performance for other users.

7. Intellectual property

The tools, their design, and code are property of Arlex Peralta Digital. Your data is yours — we do not claim ownership over the files you process.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
